PayX is committed to cooperating with duly authorized law enforcement agencies that present valid credentials and appropriate legal documentation. This page sets out the procedural framework through which qualified officials may submit requests for user account information held by our platform.
All inquiries must be directed to the appropriate legal entity within PayX. If you are uncertain which entity should receive the request, please list all potentially relevant entities in your submission. For cross-border matters, Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (MLAT) documentation or equivalent international cooperation instruments should accompany the request.
PayX voluntarily assists verified law enforcement bodies from any jurisdiction, provided that the request complies with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and the governing law of the relevant territory.
Official requests should be submitted via email to: law@payxtrade.com
To ensure timely processing of your inquiry, please include the following items in your submission:
1. Full name and jurisdiction of the requesting law enforcement authority.
2. Evidence that the submitting officer holds the requisite legal authority to make the request, together with their current title or rank.
3. Verifiable identification of the officer (e.g., badge number, internal personnel ID, or service card reference).
4. A contact email address issued under an official government domain.
5. The precise legal entity within PayX from which data is being sought.
6. Relevant blockchain addresses, transaction hashes, or other identifiers, supplied in plain text or spreadsheet format (PDF submissions are not accepted for this data).
All correspondence and supporting documentation must be submitted in English.
Standard processing of law enforcement inquiries typically requires 10 to 15 business days to allow for thorough internal review.
If the matter involves an imminent threat to safety or other time-critical circumstances, please include the words URGENT REQUEST in the subject line of your email to ensure expedited handling.
